The 100 Model farmers apply Climate Smart Agriculture Techniques through the training and coaching supports that they received from the Project Team and FFI Team. The training includes crop selection, planting, soil management, watering, grafting, organic fertilizers and crops management. As part of the training, the farmers are not only learning the theory but also practice the making the organic fertilizers, Cashew Nut branches grafting, and planting. During coaching support, the project team also visiting their farm land, checking the crops, and discussing the issues with the farmers.
