On June 10, 2020 in Rock Village, Koklak Commune, Veunsai district, Ratanakiri province, the NTFP team led and facilitated the training about teaching methods of Kavet language book part II to literacy trainers in the target villages. There were 9 participants (2 women).
The purpose of the training is this:
- To be enable the literacy trainers in the target villages to have a better understanding of the bilingual language_ Khmer-Kavet’s alphabets.
- In order to the literacy trainers understand the methods and transfer their knowledge of the Khmer-Kavet teaching techniques to students in the target’s areas.
- To be awareness of advantages of reading to literacy teachers to continue to distribute to students.
Significant achievements:
- The literacy trainers have a better understanding of the bilingual language_ Khmer-Kavet’s alphabets and they can apply to their students in the target villages.
- The literacy trainers know how to transfer their knowledge to the student in the target villages.
- The literacy trainers have awareness of advantages of reading.
