Mr. Long Serey, Executive Director of NTFP participated in an East and Southeast Community Conservation Network (EASACCN) in Medan city of Indonesia.

On 16-19 of Oct 2023, Mr. Long Serey, Executive Director of NTFP participated in an East and Southeast Community Conservation Network (EASACCN) in Medan city of Indonesia. Participants were from Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Lao, China, Cambodia and Myanmar. The meeting was hosted by YAGUSA, one of NGO in Indonesia. All participants were taken to visit the YAGUSA project sites at sea, to see the mangrove farms and to meet and exchange with the mangrove communities. The visit was such an interesting and important to learn from other participants, who brought different fields of experiences/knowledge to the networking meeting.
I am kind of very thankful for Mr. Bambang, the President of YAGUSA for this very invaluable host of our visit. We wish to see this kind of arranged visit next time.
