NTFP had collaborated with numbers of NGOs in Preah Vihear province such as Adhoc, DPA, Ponlork Khmer and OPKC, to hold the Human Rights’ Day on 10th Dec 2017. The event was officiated by deputy of provincial governor and participated by 704 ( with 363 females). This year’s topic was about human rights and food security. The provincial allowed the celebration to be organized only at the place, any line of parade is forbidden. However, the ceremony went smoothly and successfully.
