On September 28-29, 2020, the NTFP team visited and evaluated the PLE project (_Promote Livelihoods and Education for lifelong learning) at some target areas in Ratanakkiri province, under the fund supporting of the Mission Alliance, (MA). Purpose:1,To understand more about community needs, project efficiency and effectiveness for the community.2, To understand more about how the project is in line with the strategic plans and priorities of the national and sub-national levels.3, To observe community changes (eg: awareness, livelihood, health and governance) after project implementation over the past 20 months.4,To understand more about the involvement of relevant national and sub-national authorities, communities and some NGOs in the project areas.
