On July 2021, the project staff of the Promote Livelihood and Education for lifelong learning (PLE), supported by MA, held a Small Grants Agreement with PAR’s youth groups to response to the youth’s project proposal in participating for development of their communities. The events were held at Siem Ang district of Stung Treng province with a total of 07 participants, (01 female), including the commune authorities as well.
