To 45 farmers 19 female from Khsach Thmei , Svay Rieng village, as well as farmers from Ratanakkiri and Preah Vihear provinces, including village-commune authorities. the training celebrated at Khsach Thmei village Ta Lat commune Sesan district Stung Treng Province.
